In 2001, Absinthe Films descended on Livigno, Italy to begin stacking clips for the film, TRANSCENDENCE, while attending the 3rd Annual Burton European Open. 

Once the contest wrapped, the crew went to take a look at a massive road gap rumored to be high up on the pass. Sure enough, there it was. Guardrail on the knuckle. Steep landing. Marginal snowpack. Flat light. Freezing, overcast day.
